Last week we hosted twelve students and twelve
teachers from the six schools that, together with ours, form the
partnership of the Erasmus+ KA219 project “European Movement to Be
Responsible Active Citizens Everywhere”. The students were hosted by
twelve families from Murcia who shared culture and tradition with them.
After the cultural immersion of the weekend, we met together at school
to do all the activities designed for the event

The teachers met to share good practice, to organize and evaluate
severalof the activities in our project that had been implemented so
far, as wellas to prepare the future ones. The students carried out
Learning, Teachingand Training activities designed for their visit,
being some of them also enjoyed by the teachers: a school tour,
presentations of the different countries and schools for some of our
students, the international lunch that we always prepare in each visit,
the preparation and celebration ofthe European Junior Parliament about
“Democracy”, a trip to Cartagenawith a visit to the Roman theatre, the
regional parliament“Asamblea Regional”, and the ARQUA museum (National
Museum of Underwater Heritage), presentations about European scientists
to celebrate the “Science Week”, the creation of a logo for the
eTwinning project“EMBRACE Art for Humanity”, the creation of a visit
diary for the blogof our Website, and the celebration of the festival “ColophonFest”.
This last activity is framed in “Being Human”, one of the activities in
our Project with which we try to become better human beings. It
consisted of a moving festival organized by our school together with the
Special Needs school “Cristo de la Misericordia”. Together we could
enjoy the individual performances as much as the mixed performances of
the Erasmus students, students from the CEE school, and students from
our school. The result of the cooperation of the three organizations was
an event to remember, that made us grow as human beings. Congratulations
to each person who made it possible!!!
